There's no current fallen trees. They're definitely sickly, and rotted. That's evident by looking at them. The concern is they will fall again. I am worried such large sick tree's are a risk to residents around it. They also are within 25 feet of the middle of the road and fall within the cities right of way. I want this confirmed as well.

Tree fell today, February 12, 2019 around 8:30 am. Please remove all trees before someone gets hurt.

AFTER HAVING A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY LINE, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE TREES WERE PLANTED OUT OF THE RIGHT OF WAY AND ARE THE PROPERTY OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY.
