Description
There are manhole covers just north of W. 25th on Ella. When cars drive over them they will make a loud sound. I find it hard to believe that the staff member investigating couldn't hear the sound make when vehicles drive over them both.
It was closed the first time and I reopened it. Hopefully the third time will be the charm to actually get the issue addressed.

The smaller sewer lid that sets inside the larger lid will rattle when cars drive over it making a loud noise
I can literally stand on the smaller lid and rock back and forth on it and it will make a sound.
