This was in habited by a homeless man. reported to opd, who have then reported to ousd police. police have asked the man to move on and soon after I saw him packing/moving on.
Looks like his unwanted stuff left behind.

In case anyone is interested, this area has increased in the amount of furniture & garbage & possibly has more than 1 person living there. I talked with opd, ousd & ousd police.
