Those traveling through the intersection may use the overpass provided overhead. I agree there is still demand traveling through and left (EB). I have a pdf to illustrate the issue but am not able to provide as an attachment (photo only). Perhaps the radius at the corner could be increased to allow for dual SB right turns to flow well and allow all movements to proceed through the intersection more efficiently. I
