Interesting. I noticed something similar on Merriam Road. The unnamed stream that feeds into Miscoe Brook had tree branches stacked in front of the culvert. Very obvious if you look. Someone moved most of the blockage, but it is still there. The brook wetlands/pond is associated with 55 Merriam Road.
