R. Residents are being overcharged for water services as well as little to no pressure twice a week. Water bills are ranging from $60-300 just for water. Tuesday's and Thursday's there is no hot water and no pressure. It has been this way for over a year and something needs to be done. Office is no help and avoids concerns.
