There's people using trash cans to say street parking if for their house only an there's a continual daily issues when Bella vista lets out with people parking two lanes deep blocking regular traffic which results in vehicles blocking the other direction from going thru. Ie there'll be the regular parking then another line right next to them. Sometimes those in second lane will be facing opposite direction then where they should be going.
