The city of Vallejo has no answer for the homeless problem, they just keep moving around from one area to another leaving there filth and garbage for everyone to see! City Hall needs a good dose of letters, calls and complaints to let them know we the taxpaying citizens are sick and tired of this blight! Until then the problem will only get worse! SAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No direction at city hall!

The city needs to start holding the property owners responsible for the problems they let arise on there land, its not the citys responsibility to evict the trespassers, but its the citys responsibility to enforce the law when it comes to maintaining there property per city code! Just like they do to us taxpaying homeowners!!!!!!!!!!! Come on city, step up!
