These are condos. The permit is under the condo land, not the units. The condo land is not showing in the online data base. If you want to see the permit you will have to go to planning and zoning to see the permit. It is in process so if you want to appeal the permit you can pay the $250 to planning and zoning for the appeal.
Mr. Miles--What is the time frame for the appeal process? I.e., when did the clock start ticking at the time of this application and what's the final date for appeals, please. Thanks
Yes Ted, what is the timeframe. Id love to appeal this as it is not expanding the driveway with the same material. The gravel will not hold back sediment that will get into the lake (its next to a gutter down spout).

I can not find evidence of a permit on the Burlington Property Database.
