There is a serious issue of a growing homeless camp at the intersection of Fountainview and 59. The men constantly put themselves and others in danger. I have personally reported their drug use, indecent exposure, and aggressive nature when people do not allow them to clean their car windshields. They have accumulated trash and a grill and are there 24/7.
