This pipe once laid in the street. The pipe was removed, but where it had been buried, it was simply cut and left there. Super negligent of responsible party. I tripped while walking my dog the other day. It is a six inch pipe that just protrudes from the very uneven street. There is no warning, no signage. There are four places like this on the street.
