There is a great need to cleanup this whole alley behind the house of 231 Florida Avenue NW. The houses there are of prime interest to homeowners, and visitors, since its in a very popular location to Howard Theatre and vibrant U Street. People there want to increase the visibility of being proud, and want to feel safe, and on top of a rodent controlled location.

This Alley is constantly trashy with all kinds of objects, remaining trash from your removal services, new trash, debris, etc. We would like the alley cleaned on a regular basis (at least once a week).

We are starting to see more rodents and roaming trust passers just hanging around. We want to continue to protect our properties value as well as feeling a sense of neighborhood safe being. Please help us ASAP.
