Contractor excavation searching for an existing water pipe connection, which was unsuccessful, removed a section of my concrete sidewalk (which I paid for), damaged my irrigation system and currently a sink hole has developed with the temporary asphalt fix. Since no utility work is required, I’m requesting site restoration now, including irrigation and grass, rather than waiting on a city utility completion schedule. Please respond, thank you.
