Description

There is a pack of about 5dogs that roam the area around Brown St and the JISD Administration Buildung. These dogs have already killed our outdoor cat, have attacked other animals and are breeding without anyone taking responsibility. The animal control has never once stopped to pick up these animals. Appears as if animal control is being paid to not do one of the main responsibilities for animal control!
