The job was completed but not felt satisfactory. The workers came and were not here long. In all honesty, I appreciate the efforts of the city that it was well meant, but it was not even close to being a thorough job as one would expect. There are numerous pieces from the road. still present..We had a nice style color stone that's been taken over by all the black/ gray pieces. The photo shows what it looks like now. I understand it's a little more work but it would not be difficult to do a better job removing all the pieces that do not belong.

Thanks for cleaning up today. We appreciate. Unfortunately the road is in poor shape. The potholes have been repaired mant times in 16 years. The structure is poor and repairs do not last. We find chunks as far as up to our house. Cars parked can be damaged and the chance for chunks hitting someone exists as cars fly by fast and can shoot tar chunks like missles. This is mentioned as a safety concern for future consideration. Sometimes the excessive labor to repair exceeds the putting in a new paved road. Another consideration would to only have the road where housing is and not the remainder of the road which could continue to be fixed. Believe the area in front of our house may be the worst from years of patching.
