It's bad enough that there are multiple gardens in vacant lots already bringing down the value of my property, but it would be nice if whomever is working them could keep them a little neater. I didn't buy in this neighborhood to farm or to look at all the garbage that they have on these lots. If you're going to permit gardening, could you at least make them maintain the property. Thank you.
