The trash has now spilled onto the street. Does anyone know which City department to contact about this?

I apologize to be responding not about this particular issue, but to invite you to a 'SeeClickFix Storm' happening throughout Rhode Island THIS weekend. The effort is being organized by the Chafee for Governor campaign, and in the spirit of full disclosure, I'm a volunteer.
