A telephone/power pole at the corner of Hicks Rd and Concord Rd has a metal cover (that was covering a wire going up the pole) that has been partially torn off. The cover is extending into the pedestrian area and would be difficult to see at night.

The metal cover has been bent so it is not obstructing pedestrian traffic; however, the areas of the electrical cable splicing points are exposed.
