When the workmen were installing the new concrete utility poles just west of Harbor Drive, I asked what would happen to the old poles that were right next to the new ones. I was told that once all of the companies had moved their wires to the new concrete poles, the wooden ones would be removed. Is this still in the works?

We sent another notification to FPL regarding the poles. Unfortunately these do not belong to us and can only make notification to FPL and it would be up to their agency if the poles need to be removed or not. I closed this case as a result of this being out of our control. We are doing our best to provide you with the service of making notification to FPL for review and appropriate action. I sent another notification as well earlier today to request a status. In addition, I welcome you to contact India Monahan directly at 941-483-2034 should you have any questions.
