Meguills Auto repair at the corner of Westerleigh and Whalley are parking cars and their tow trucks on sidewalk, on street, tree-line etc. I believe this is a zoning issue that should go to Mr.Rizzo. This is just gotten completely out of hand. I also heard this business has a contract with the city for towing, if so, get them to stop this, if not it still needs to stop!
