I have reported this issue before (Issue ID: 4335537). It was closed out within one day saying there was not problem. I reopened it and it was closed out a 2nd time saying no problem.

There are two manhole covers on the northbound side of Ella Blvd just north of W. 24th Street. When vehicles drive over the cover that will make a loud clank sound.

I am not sure how the previous staff member who investigated could say there was now rattling. All you have to do is stand there and listen as vehicles drive over them.

it especially sounds nice at 3 am in the morning when large trucks drive over them.

Hopefully the third time will be the charm in having the issue addressed.
