I think the problem here is that there are very few people in the area who are behaving in a thoughtful and neighborly fashion. You pick on the person who wants her/his neighborhood to improve to a normal standard, and instead of saying, "you know, s/he is right, I should slow down/I don't have to cut across this lawn/I should pick up my dog's poo," you lash out. Come on. Why is it so hard for you to be decent? It's not gonna kill you, you know. Just step it up. Be nice. Be respectful. It's not so hard. Someday, you'll appreciate it more when others do the same for you.

It's called respect. It doesn't matter where you live, if it's not yours, respect it. People have a right to complain about whatever they feel is needed to improve a community and to look out for the children. All you can do it post a negative comment without any meaning.The gate isn't put on a street, Doe Doe, it would be put around property to curtail all the loitering that goes on. If you don't like it, you MOVE.

Obviously you have no life and you want some attention. Drive anywhere you want. Just watch how you drive and look out for the kids.

First of all, Rolling Drive should be a private street. That street leads to everyones back yard, not a drive thru street. When the developers sat down and planned these townhomes, who's best interest was at best: the new home owners or their own pockets?? Dunham St. was for many years closed. Frankly, it needs to be closed again. Everyday I watch cars drive from Dunham St, cut through Rolling Dr, and back onto Louise Ln like their in the Kentucky Derby. Then those same cars reverse and start the pattern from Louise Lane. I'm waiting for a kid to get hit one day. Let's talk about the kids. OMG!!! Could someone please tell me where all these bad disrespectful kids are coming from. How is it that children come out of the home to someone elses property to sit on their air conditioner units, throw trash on someone elses lawn, and then give you attitude because you blow the horn for them to move out of your driveway so you can park your car? The unoccupied homes will never get sold. I see the kids abuse the home located on Reservoir St daily. You call the Developers. They tell you it's not there problem. You call the city. They tell you it's not our problem, call the Developers. I love my home, but I am not pleased with the community. Out of all the new homes built in Trenton, this development is by far the worse. Tara Developers are laughing straight to the bank.....

The issue was never solved and obviously, the city or the developer does not care.
