Person who is having yard sales all spring-summer long for 5-7 days at a time (even into the fall). Backyard is full of tents all year long holding items for sale. First yard sale of the season is currently happening for 5 days now. A simple visit to the property at 19217 Ashworth Ave N will show the tents in the backyard (fire hazard? Illegal structures?). Items for sale are also in the house. He operates under “Joe’s Arts And Treasures”. This is a business being run out of the house for which I am sure there is no license. Signs remain up for days at time all over the neigborhood, This is what catches my eye year after year and then causes increased traffic and illegal parking around the street.
