Thats the good side you should see the Ober Street side!!!

I don't know why the city hasn't condemned this dump with all its broken windows covered in black plastic bags, people moving in and out every month. Where are the city inspections before new tenants move in? Every 2 or 3 weeks there's new people living there but the drug customers parking on the Summit St. side are always the same. One of the apartments might be a drug stash house. Something needs to be done, isn't our quality of life important?

Things have quieted down at this address. It seems all the people that were bringing in the drug traffic, including the ones who owned the property, have moved away. Yard is considerably cleaner.
