The new signage, curbs, and lane markings at the Winthrop/High Street Rotary are fantastic! It is much easier now to gauge who's already in the rotary and who isn't. The lane markings really help maximize traffic flow, letting cars heading around for the often open right lane on Winthrop southbound, for instance, squeeze around while other cars wait for the left lane to clear up, letting more cars get through and gridlocking the rotary much less.
