The catering company for the Cottage event facility parked a refrigerated truck in front of Hamilton's flower shop all last weekend. They then leave an extension ladder on the sidewalk to access. Not a good look.They reserved it by putting cones in 2 parking spots. Don't think they have the right to do that on public property. Not the first time this has happened . Essentially they are using a scarce City resource to run their business operation for free.
