Description

The canal running adjacent to Tyrone Park along Norfolk St N is overgrown with vegetation and clogged. With the rainy season ahead this canal needs to be better maintained on a regular basis. Not only because of flood issues but mosquitoes, and wildlife. People are dumping their garbage into this canal also, making it even worse. (The Image provided below is how the canal looks AFTER it's been cleaned on a good day. Now the canal waters can barely move through overgrown weeds and garbage.)
