Public Property or Right of Way- City built retaining wall needs repair along 58th Ave S.

Customer states that he went to the City of Tukwila regarding the requirements for a retaining wall of rocks. He was given information and specs (including required specific angles to stack the rocks). Later, the City of Tukwila has built a retaining wall of rocks, but they appear to not be up to code. Large rocks have fallen out of the structure. This needs to be fixed and secured properly.
