Description

The sidewalks on S. Candler between College Ave and Dougherty St have a number of issues, including some missing sections. There are some edges/bumps that could be ground down, but also some broken sections that need to be replaced. I've seen someone in a wheelchair get stuck in this section. Both sides of Candler have similar problems.
