Request that the City add the “Flashing Yellow” turn signal at S Parkway and Hobbs Rd. The SB left turn lane frequently stacks up even though no NB traffic is approaching. The afternoon short turn signal cycle promotes those stuck in the back of the line to either push thru the yellow or even a red. Knowing about this issue, some even drive further and make a semi-blind uturn. This simple fix will go a long way. Thank you.
