Description

Alley trash- illegal dumping in alley between 9th AveN and 8th Ave N .

This is a constant issue from the 4-unit apartment complex tenants. They constantly dump all of their junk into the alley upon moving in or out.

There is now no room for any actual trash- not to mention, a soaking wet mattress is laying in the alley.

Please address this problem with the building owner - property address: 816 2nd St. N.
