ABUTTING FACADES NOT BRACED PREVIOUS TO DEMOLITION. ROUGH EDGES (not cut with a diamond saw) AND COMPROMISED CORNERS.

INSUFFICIENT PARGE COATING.

How many times Philly do I have to see neighboring facades weakened by improper facade removal? How many times do we demolish first and send a 'guy out with a stick' after the fact? What standards apply to such operations?
