Description

I have lived here for 23 years and 514 has had scaffolding up to finish the siding on his home for 23 years at least(siding still not on his home on the side)! Also he has a large driving camper that hasnt moved in 23 years along with a large boat and a portable storage trailer. I am not sure if any of these vehicles have valid tags and are an eye sore! He has trash and junk in his yard and I have seen rats and I am tired of all the mess!
