Based on the picture provided, it is difficult to assess the severity of the problem though it does not appear to rise to the level of unsafe, unsanitary or otherwise needing CE attention.   Thanks for your email.

  The fence does not belong to us. We have no intention of touching a fence that we do not own. If the adjacent property owner would like to remove it, we have no objection.

  Patti- thanks for following up on this. I'm confused about who was contacted. The property is next to us at 36 Woodlawn. Did you contact the neighbors property manager or ours? Maybe I didn't fill this out correctly.
