Several months ago, a new utility pole was placed beside and old and leaning utility pole. The brick was dug up and stacked between the two. The brick has not been replaced and the old pole is still there. With the recent increase in vandalism in Church Hill and the use of rocks to commit such crimes, I am highly concerned these bricks will soon become projectiles. Please have someone complete the repair and replace the bricks in the sidewalk. This is on the north side of Broad, just east of the residence.
