During times of low traffic (during day, at night, on weekends), the traffic light used to be tripped by cars on Dunn Rd. turning onto Falls of Neuse. With the new construction of the 4 lane road and new traffic light, even during times of low traffic flow outside of "rush hour", the light is on a very long timer for the Falls of Neuse side of intersection. Can this be adjusted to turn quicker during non-peak hours for the people coming out of Bedford from Dunn Rd?
