I will have the Parking Violations Officers take a look at the sign. The Parking Violation Officers (PVO's) do keep an eye on vehicles abusing the placement of signs. In fact they notify the Traffic Bureau on a weekly basis of abusers.
Do you a better description of this vehicle besides it being a Jeep? Color, plate number, model, etc.?
If you say it has not moved in 2 weeks, I will have a district car dispatched to run the plate and or place a warning sticker on the vehicle.

This issue was not fixed. A warning sticker was placed and all the person did was remove the signs and the warning sticker not actually move the vehicle.

A warning sticker was placed on this vehicle two days ago. A district car will respond and investigate again today.
