Cars are parking constantly in this fire zone, facing each other. Most of them are Tenants from the building across. When asked to move, they are making claims they have the right to park there because they live there. It is clearly a no standing anytime sign there. Your apartments do not come with parking. You guys have no right to park there. In addition, these cars are leading to arguments between drivers trying to get through.
