This was addressed last year with a permit; however, NO work has been done whatsoever, besides an eyesore its dangerous to a public sidewalk with a crumbling brick foundation which is partly covered up with a piece of plywood leaning up against it. Trying to find my initial SeeClickFix. smh

Issue # 3535871; reported 07/05/17 and house had been hit in the early part of the year.

It's embarrassing when friends come to visit and have to pass by this dump. It's a health and safety disaster. The owner has had more than enough time to clean this mess up.

Probably got the money from insurance but never did the work I’m willing to bet.

Have it inspected for the safety of the people.

The owner has removed the overgrowth from property. He stated that he is waiting on contractor to repair foundation. I will refer the foundation to building dept.

This place is still a mess with collapsing walls. City put orange stickers on the building and those are not faded. Glad to know a building can be left to rot on a main street and it takes YEARS before anything will, if ever, get done. Wonder who the owner knows?

The city is aware of this and is attempting to remedy the situation.
