New information. As of Tuesday 06/19/18 there is now illegal dumping on this property which reaches midway into the allyway making it difficult to have clear access to drive down the allyway as you can see by the tire tracks that work vehicles have made in trying to drive through. This picture attached also shows the overgrowth of the backyard weeds which are as tall as the chain link fence in the background. It rained last night so the weeds are leaning over but when it's dry, they top the fencing.

We haven't seen any improvement on this issue now that it is Sept 26, 2018. I've attached more pictures of the overgrowth. I've also included pictures of broken siding panels that appear to expose Asbestos and of course what appears to be black mold. This is only about 15" from our back porch!!!!. The front side of the house also has a broken drain pipe that creates a waterfall onto our property when it rains. We have had to put sand bags so it doesn't flood us.

One last comment please. Is there any type of enforcement for these issues? Please help direct me to the correct office if this is not the place to list these sub-living conditions for all of us that live around this mess. Thanks
