I have started a problem with some people (mostly in the morning): some going northwest on 2nd Avenue (with the goal of turning onto the alley/part of Apple Avenue to the south of the court), but instead of going another block to Apple and making a left or U-turning there at the main part of Apple - they decide to go through the opening in the 2nd Avenue median and head a short distance in the wrong direction in order to make it to the alley.

Not only is this likely an illegal maneuver, it will probably cause an accident some day. The opening in the median is ONLY for U-turns and people turning left to head into the Metro Plaza underground parking.
