That is not a sidewalk, that is PRIVATE PROPERTY belonging to the residential building. You can request a sidewalk to be built but that' would be a separate issue. This request should be withdrawn.

Actually, it is NOT private property. It has been determined by the city that the elevated platform/sidewalk around 150 Bay building is indeed Public ROW. There are no franchises on record stating it is private. Please do your research before making this exclamation.

Thanks for re-opening. It is my understanding as well that the elevated platforms in this area are public ROW. It would be great if the city could confirm our understanding. If it is indeed the case, I'd also appreciate a solution as to how this part of the elevated platform can be transformed into full functionality (e.g. remove the fence).
