1 - Northbound lane, 100 feet south of the intersection of Franklin Pike Circle and Hill Road.

2 - Southbound lane, 150 feet north of the same intersection, near the utility pole.

Both are deep and wide enough to be a hazard to bicycle and motorcycle traffic.
