Description

Boarding house tenants are parking their cars on the grass of "Stratfield Park" -- one car parks right on the roots of one of the ornamental plum trees. Parking on the roots can KILL a tree. This is an ongoing issue. Police have been asked to address it, they pass the buck to zoning.
