It's probably full of vagrants. I know that there are always some sleeping out front. They need to just tear the whole building down.

Community Development will assign an in the Inspector to check for violations of the City’s Junk, Litter and Inoperable Vehicle Ordinance. The Inspector must be able to see visible signs that would deem the vehicle in question inoperable (flat tires, motor parts missing, up on jacks, etc). The issue is not an abandoned or inoperable vehicle. It is the building itself. The door to the building is open since the glass is missing. It is an unsecured building.
The roof is rotten and falling in in places due to major roof leaks.

It’s been like that for years. I don’t think anything will come of it until it falls down completely on its own.
