Many pedestrians cross Fullerton on Plumas either walking their dogs or riding their bikes with their children. The stretch of Fullerton between Upper and Cleveland is treated like a freeway by the drivers. People drive incredibly fast on Fullerton , especially when descending down the hill from Cleveland.

All it’s going to take is one bad situation and someone will finally do something about it. We need to be proactive and put in some safety measure now before it’s too late.
