Property on 43 Grace St. - grass is about 3-4 feet high. This abandoned home has raccoons and other rodents living in the house and property. The raccoons are constantly eating the fish in my pond. This is property is owned by the City of Chicopee and needs to be cleaned up. It's an eye-sore and makes the adjoining properties in the neighborhood look BAD!

A notice has been sent to the owner of 30 Thomas the reinspection is June 29th. Also pictures have been taken of 43 Grace Street and referred to the Treasurers Department.
