The whole street around Phalen Lake is a pothole!! From Arcade St to Maryland Ave --both directions. Since making Maryland Ave 3 lanes everyone is avoiding it and using Phalen Dr. It should have been fixed after it was closed for an eternity while fixing the sewers.
