5457 Sugar Hill is a vacant house that appears to have been abandoned. There is an accumulation of old mail and general trash by the front door that is unsightly. Also, there is a large diseased water oak tree that is dropping limbs rapidly and could injure someone if a limb falls on someone. Please have the owner clean the property and remove the dying water oak tree.
