Success Village Park. Please enforce the closing rule. People loiter there all hours of the night, with loud music, drinking, smoking. Please have a patrol car remove loiterers when all the other parks close as well. A gate that locks would be a tremendous help.

As the weather gets warmer this problem becomes more and more of a nuisance.
